Beautiful rememberance gift

we had the horse crystal heart gift made for our good friends/neigbors following the loss of their beloved horse. In having this made, the software the company uses to let you upload picture works very well, and the end product will match exactly what you "design" The only problem I had with this purchase was getting the film protectant off . It was a bear for me to do, and I followed all instructions, the company was very responsive in answering my questions regarding the difficulty in removing the film, but other that that I would highly recommend this gift. It brought tears to everyone when they opened the gift, dont hesistate to buy, you will be very pleased

A gift for my Granddaughter

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter who lost her horse a year ago. It was a hard time for all of us when he passed as he was Very Special. .When she opened the gift there were immediate tears and as each one in the family looked at her gift there were tears from them too.
